We offer free returns on all orders through the courier company CDEK.
You can return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 calendar days.
You have 21 calendar days to pick up your orders from the courier service after the sale date. If you do not pick up your orders within this period (for reasons beyond our control), the status of your orders will change to non-refundable.
1. We accept for return only new items, in an unused state, with all tags, seals, labels attached to them. The item must be shipped in its original packaging.
2. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.
3. The return must be issued from the same country to which they were delivered. If you make shipping from another place, this may incur additional costs and increase the return period.
4. The return is possible only by CDEK company. We are not responsible for any return via other courier or postal services.
1. Please, contact us by our email address: info@sashaverse.com. In the e-mail’s subject line indicate write the order number and the reasons for a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting for a return will not be accepted.
2. Then we will send you a return application which you need to fill out, sign and send us back. Attach a copy of your passport, receipt or payment details from your online bank or other payment system to your application.
3. After we are received the return application we will confirm the date and time for the courier to collect the package.
4. Prepare the goods for return: enclose the return printed application together with the product in the original packaging, but do not seal it.

6. As soon as we receive and verify your return, we will inform you whether the return has been approved or not. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded to you.
7. We will refund your money within 10-14 days after we receive the returned product and check it. The refund will be processed to the same card with which the payment was made.
If you would like to exchange the product, in case if you need a different size or color please use our return service and then place a new order for the right ones.
